Long Weekend = Little Exercise

Hope everyone was more dedicated to working out than I was this weekend!

I skipped Saturday (spent 8 hours in the car instead, so a semi-valid excuse, right?!).

I ran a little over 5 miles Sunday morning before church (yay).

I skipped Monday.  This was an unplanned skip.  I thought I might make it to the gym at some point, but between trying to score $4 tank tops at Old Navy and napping....I just didn't make it!

The good part is I wasn't absolutely terrible in the food category.  I wasn't great either.  I'm sure the scale will stay exactly the same this it has for the past 2 months. 

I can't complain.

I am the only one to blame!
