Well, we're 2 weeks in, which means time for another Fit Test.
It's 8 long, brutal minutes!
I did improve though, so that's good!

I went down in two categories. The only thing I can figure is the first time I did it wasn't a day after I ran 6 miles? Or maybe that's just an excuse?!?! lol
